Dominique Ansel Bakery is situated between Victoria and Belgravia and has spacious seating for approximately 25 guests indoors as well as a quaint enclosed garden.

Here, you will find our dedicated team working in our open kitchens, excited to share with you first-hand what we do.

While all our offerings — both sweet and savory — are rooted in French techniques, we ultimately believe in creativity, and cooking food that has an emotional connection with our guests.

We also offer Afternoon Tea each Thursday through Sunday from 12-4pm with a menu of sweet and savory bites that follow the path of a flower from seed to bloom.

Dominique opened his celebrated Dominique Ansel bakery in New York's Soho neighbourhood in November 2011. Dominique Ansel Bakery Soho, centering upon the idea of creativity, is the birthplace of Dominique's signature desserts.

West Village, New York City

In April 2015, Dominique launched his second NYC shop, Dominique Ansel Kitchen, which features a menu with more than 70% of the items being made, finished or assembled to order. The West Village location is inspired by Dominique's believe that "time is an ingredient."

In July 2015, shortly after opening Dominique Ansel Kitchen, Dominique launched a revolutionary dessert experience: U.P. (short for "Unlimited Possibilities"), an exclusive after-hours 8-person experience that begins with a table that descends from the ceiling in the center of the bakery's prep kitchen, where guests enjoy a multi-course, all-dessert tasting menu complete with cocktail and wine pairings.

Chef Dominique brought his famed pastry shop to Tokyo in 2015 with the opening of Dominique Ansel Bakery Japan, his first location abroad, where he sought to create a "next generation bakery" fusing classic French technique with modern New York style. Dominique conceived of his Tokyo outpost as a bakery of the future.

Honoured to have the opportunity to cross the pond over to the UK, Dominique opened his eponymous bakery in London’s quaint Victoria/Belgravia neighborhood. Dominique’s vision for his London bakery was to bring a sense of wit, humor, and old-school charm to pastry and Afternoon Tea.
