On Christmas Day and New Year's Day, we close the bakery for holiday.

We begin offering freshly made Cronut® pastries every morning when the bakery opens at 8am (9am Sundays). We recommend arriving early!

As with most of our desserts, it is best to enjoy your Cronut® pastries as soon as possible so they are fresh, as they have a short shelf life of just 6-8 hours.

If you are bringing your Cronut® pastries home, please do not refrigerate! The humidity from the refrigerator will make them soggy.

Since Cronut® pastries are filled with cream, do not re-heat or serve them warm or hot, as the ganache filling will liquefy.

And if you do wish to cut your Cronut®, please use a serrated knife, so as not to crush the layers.

The Cronut® brand and product is a registered trademark of Dominique Ansel Bakery in the U.S. and in most countries internationally, including the U.K. Cronut® pastries are only available in our New York, Tokyo, and London Bakery locations. Please beware of imitation items claiming affiliation with the Bakery.

Cookie Shots are available daily.

We fill our Cookie Shots with delicious, cold-infused Tahitian vanilla milk. Please consume once the milk is poured inside!

As with all of our pastries, we recommend enjoying the Cookie Shot right away, as soon as the milk is poured inside. Do not re-heat the Cookie Shots at home -- they will melt, as they are lined with dark chocolate on the inside.
